Shipping Method

Codia audio racks will be shipped to you directly from the supplier in South Korea via EMS.
(Please select FREE SHIPPING at checkout if ordering audio racks only. These cannot be shipped via Canada Post)

All other products, excluding Codia audio racks, will be shipped via Canada Post using the shipping method specified at checkout.

If you are ordering Codia audio racks with accessories and/or cables, please choose a shipping method via Canada Post for the accessories and cables, but be aware that the Codia audio racks will be shipped separately via EMS from the supplier.

 

Shipping Time

Accessories & Cables:

For accessories and cables, excluding Codia audio racks, we require 2-4 business days to process and ship out your order, plus the shipping time of the shipping method specified.

Codia Audio Racks:

The following are the times you can expect your shipment to arrive from the time after we process your order, we require 2-4 business days to process the order.

Countries We Ship To

We only ship within Canada and the United States.

 

Import Duty and Taxes

For Canadian customers:

Sales tax will be charged at checkout and the amount will depend on your location within Canada.

Please note that Codia rack(s) will be shipped to you directly from the supplier in South Korea via EMS. In case you have to pay for duty and tax before the delivery, we will offer you a reimbursement in the form of a partial refund in the amount you have been charged by Canada customs. Refund will be issued upon receipt of the invoice and payment receipt.

For US customers:

You are responsible for all import duty, taxes, custom fees, or any additional fees associated with importing the products in your order.

 

Return Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 3 days after the delivery of the product. If 3 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and boxes. Once an item has been used or assembled it is no longer returnable. All returns for any reason are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must contact us at charisma@rogers.com within 3 days of your delivery.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Upon retrieval and inspection of the product, if it meets the requirements stated above, you will be refunded the purchase price with the deduction of the shipping charges and restocking fee. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

If your item was shipped "Free Shipping", shipping charges will still apply. You will be charged for the original cost for us to ship your item to you if you are returning the product.

For US customers, we cannot refund the duty being charged by US customs.  You have to apply for this refund from US customs with the proof of returning the product to us in Canada.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at charisma@rogers.com.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.   Upon delivery, carefully examine the product which you purchased. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at charisma@rogers.com within 7 days. We will make every effort to send a replacement or replacement parts as quickly as possible, at no cost to you. Please notify us immediately if this occurs and we will make arrangements for a replacement or replacement parts to be sent to you as soon as the returning product is received and examined.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Suite 86, Unit A14, 4261 Highway 7, Markham, Ontario, CANADA  L3R 9W6

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Defective Items

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

All of our products are well packed. Upon delivery, carefully examine the product which you purchased. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at charisma@rogers.com within 7 days. We will make every effort to send a replacement or replacement parts as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.

If a package appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the item. It will then be returned to the place of origin.

Please notify us immediately if this occurs and we will make arrangements for a replacement or replacement parts to be sent to you as soon as the returning product is received and examined.
